There is perhaps no surprise that in most camera smartphone shootouts the focus is on the end result i.e. a comparison of picture quality. However, we haven’t seen too many comparisons which look at the ease, options and process of taking a picture from different smartphones.
Btekt has done just that in their 19 minute video below. They compare the camera user interface of the Sony Xperia Z2 against the current flagships of the day including the Apple iPhone 5s, HTC One (M8), Nokia Lumia 1020 and Samsung Galaxy S5. The background defocus feature was also compared between each phone (bar the iPhone), from which Btekt declared the Xperia Z2 the runner-up to the HTC One (M8).
